Using attributes in SoftExpert OKR

 

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Configuration > General parameters (OK011) menu.
  • Attributes created in Configuration > Attribute (OK013).

 

Introduction

In the General parameters (OK011) menu, it is possible to customize the collection of information when creating and editing objectives and key results. Upon associating the attributes, customized fields are added to the data screens of all objectives and key results, establishing a standardized and consistent collection of essential information.

Configuring attributes for objectives

To allow the completion of extra fields in the objective data, follow the steps below:

1. Access the Configuration > General parameters (OK011) menu.

2. Make sure you are in the Objective attributes tab.

3. Click on the button on the side toolbar.

4. On the screen that will be opened, use the filters to find and select the desired attributes.

5. Click on Save and exit to confirm the attribute association.

 

Configuring attributes for key results

To allow the completion of extra fields in the key results, follow the steps below:

1. Access the Configuration > General parameters (OK011) menu.

2. Access the Key result attributes tab.

3. Click on the button on the side toolbar.

4. On the screen that will be opened, use the filters to find and select the desired attributes.

5. Click on Save and exit to confirm the attribute association.

 

Attributes configured for the objectives and key results will be applied to the data screens of all objects, without individual customization. This includes previously created records, regardless of status.

For extra fields to have a value that is already filled out in the objects, perform the following steps:

1. Access the Configuration > General parameters (OK011) menu.

2. Access the desired tab: Objective attributes or Key result attributes.

4. Enter the default value to the field available on the row of the chosen attribute.

2. Access the desired tab: Objective attributes or Key result attributes.

3. On the displayed list of attributes, adjust the number of the Seq. column of the attributes you wish to reorganize.
